FROM CRISIS TO CLARITY
I used to perform at a high level and feel misaligned. In 2023 a health collapse and a quiet death of the ego stopped me long enough to listen. In that stillness I found clarity, learned to work with my energy, and rebuilt how I operate. Align & Elevate is that lived experience, distilled.
